Our kitchens will feature a fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove & range. Some of the apartments have vinyl plank flooring with others having linoleum or carpet. We are in the process of slowly updating things as needed.

95% of our units will have a coffee bar nook as shown in the photo above. Each apartment is 892 sqft. with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Laundry hook-ups are provided.
There is a front door and a back door to each apartment. Carport parking in back.

Yes, we are non-smoking in our apartment units. All tenants who do smoke must smoke outside at least 5 feet away from doors and windows. This includes marijuana, tobacco products, and scented vape products.
