Greg Woods, Property Manager & Owner
Greg was a licensed real estate agent in Missouri from 2012 to 2024. He specializes in rental property managment & has owned the property since 1994 and personally managed it since 2012. His philosophy is to rent to people based on their character rather than their credit score alone. Character is a far better predictor of rental behavior than credit scores, which work well for purchasing homes. Greg can help you build a tradeline to your credit so that you can eventually purchase a home of your own.

Michelle Woods, Tenant Manager & Owner
Michelle is a people person. She's also a good judge of character who is willing to help tenants with their needs. She helps with the make-ready of each apartment, inspects them to ensure they are ready, & also assists in the daily operation of all the properties.
What We do
Property
We offer 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units with a laundry hook-up for $750/mo which includes water, sewer, & trash paid. Tenants pay electric & cable.
The deposit is also $750.00.
Tenants
Tenants will find our apartment dwellings to be a great place to live. Our tenants make up a variety of professionals, students, laborers, nurses, and so on. We are a diverse set of campuses!
Rental Terms
We offer only 12 month lease terms with a holdover policy of 4 additional terms. Each 5 years we will write a new lease for those tenants who re-qualify and wish to stay.
